1. Acceptance – By using LiveStream Pro, you agree to these terms.
2. User Responsibilities – You are solely responsible for all content you upload and stream. You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material.
3. Account Security – Keep your login credentials secure. You are liable for all activity under your account.
4. Termination – We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or at our discretion.
5. Disclaimer – The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use.
6. Changes – We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
🔒 Privacy Policy
Information We Collect – When you sign in, we receive your email address and unique user ID from Google. If you use email sign-in, we collect your email and name. We also store videos you upload and stream metadata (title, duration, platform).
How We Use Information – To provide and improve the service, ensure security, and communicate with you (e.g., important updates).
Data Retention – Uploaded videos are automatically deleted 24 hours after upload. Stream history is retained for 30 days. Account information is kept until you request deletion.
Sharing of Information – We do not sell your data. We may share it if required by law or to protect our rights.
Security – We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) and Firebase's secure authentication. However, no method is 100% secure.
Your Rights – You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
